Items I store in the front include a tape measure, a flashlight, a sharpie and a pen and a box cutter. In the pouches themselves I have a small notebook, a long "steak" knife, a small bag of earplugs, a large black marker, a folding pocket knife, an a couple extra pens/sharpies.
It weighs 2 lbs with all my stuff included which is definitely bearable for an 8hr work day on concrete.
EDIT (2nd picture added): Just over 2 years with this pouch as a daily user and it's still working great! It's had it's normal share of wear and tear but it's been on my side every day of the week and hasn't fallen apart yet! The duck tape on the sides is where the pouch has rubbed against things with the utility knife inside and started to wear down, but that doesn't take away from the quality of this product whatsoever.

Keeps the essentials handy which is all I need it for.
I manage a few properties, and this is my everyday carry for general maintenance.
The belt clip fits me comfortably and securely. Stays on when I'm walking, and comes off easily when I need to crawl in tight spots. Typically wear it when doing rounds, but remove if I'm going to be working in one spot for awhile.
The material is what I'd expect a cheap duffel bag to be made of. Holds up well enough, but going to wear out eventually. I keep a cheap tape measure on the loop, and the metal clip is starting the fray the material after 3 months. I'll be happy if this lasts a few years.
Just to give you an idea of what it can hold:
Paint Scraper
Notepad
Voltage Tester
MegaPro Screwdriver
Set of Tyvek Booties
2 Pairs rubber gloves
Ear Plugs
Small Flashlight
Pen, Pencil, Sharpie
Leatherman Wave
Tape Measure
Folding Utility Knife
Electrical Tape
Plenty of room left for small parts, screws, etc

The Bad: It's not very durable, especially the stitching (see pics). It started coming apart after 3 months of daily use ( the belt clip). The pics show almost a year of use. Virtually all the wear damage is the stitching coming apart. The wear hole in the front left pocket is the only exception. It's reached it's end of life as the belt loop stitching is coming apart.
The elastic divider in the main pocket is a mixed blessing. It expands to allow either side to grow, but it also 'catches" some tools, preventing them from easily being inserted or removed.
The Good: It's dirt cheap. you can get 2 of these for the price of one of another brand. It's swallows a lot of tools. (See pics). That's just what I normally keep on me, but when I grab a tool I don't normally carry, I instinctively drop it in the pouch and not realize it till I find 2 or three extra tools on there.
Overall, it's a good value for light duty use. Daily users can expect to be looking at replacement 6-9 months time

Though I think funny enough as it is a great idea to have two different ways to attach it to your belt of choice (clipped or looped) one of the only complaints I have - as minor as it is really - is depending on the weight of your tools/cargo, and if you go with the clipped option the clip itself can really dig into your hip depending on how you wear it. This is also something I've had on extremely rare occasions even with the looped option but much less so.
But again after wearing it constantly all day (7-8 hrs.) for work it is amazing and really is comfortable 98.9% of the time no problems at all - gladly give it a five star rating thus far!

However this is a really good tool pouch if you need it for a handful of light duty tooling. It held up for quite awhile. I do wish it had of lasted a little longer though. I had mine for about 12 months before I had to replace It. It was one of my preferred organization tools for our in the field.

I like the metal belt hook but wish the tape measure also had a metal hook rather than fabric strap.
I paid $18 dollars for this pouch and I see at the time I'm writing this review the price has dropped to $11.
For $11 dollars it's worth it but I wouldn't recommend it past $14. The material the pouch is made off wears quickly and does not stand up to daily professional use.
Good for homeowners or casual handyman applications. If using this for professional daily use, expect to by buying a new one every 3-6 months.
