Damaged and can’t return

Item came to me with a hole in it and dumping baking soda all over. App will not let me return the item guess I am stuck with it. Read the return policy for this item before buying.

The first bag I received was torn inside of the box and I received a huge mess upon opening the cardboard.

After contacting the vendor, they promptly sent me a replacement bag.

Love using this for detox baths. I try to get in one or two every week, so I go through baking soda fast! Appears to be good-quality and glad they made things right by sending a second package.

I was using this Baking Soda/Sodium Bicarbonate for my RV sewer tank sanitation, and wasn't eating or cooking with it, and that's why I gave it a low FLAVOR rating, Ha!
I use this product with the Milliard Citric Acid in a mix of 50-50 to put in my RV toilet, then flush it into the sewer holding tank to keep it sanitary and smelling fresh, and that it does, without any harsh chemicals that harm the environment when it's dumped.

It’s impossible to find baking soda without aluminum in it. There is Bobs Red Mill, but it’s not sold everywhere, and it’s a little bit for a lot of $. My Amazon search led to Milliard, and I am very happy with the product and exemplary customer service thus far. I use baking soda for a myriad of things but mostly for my homemade tooth powder and deodorant, and facial scrub. I love the cleanliness factor in addition to the texture consistency. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

This Baking Soda is the BEST..
I use it every day, for my water, my pets water and a bunch of small stuff around the home..

After my original review, they were quick to send me a personalized email apologizing for they packaging.

A few days latter I received a brand new 10lbs bag of much higher quality. No mess, no spills..
I am super happy why the new shipping method.

I will reorder soon, they were able to act quick, fix a problem and regain a customer..

UPS dropped it off.. bag inside was open and a big mess all over the box.. What’s the point of choosing “ organic better quality” if you have to clean it from the inside of a carton box.. unfortunately no returns for this item

REVISED -- The improved bag design mean no leaks, plus it's resealable! I purchase this product about once a month for litter boxes and have zero complaints since the redesign!

The bag had several holes in it and covered everything Amazon sent me in baking soda. Thankfully, I bought this for use in a litter box and not to eat, so I was able to salvage the loose powder.

From what I read in the reviews this is a common problem, but the price made it worth the risk to me. I'll probably purchase again and just roll with the problem.
