Damaged and can’t return

Item came to me with a hole in it and dumping baking soda all over. App will not let me return the item guess I am stuck with it. Read the return policy for this item before buying.

This Baking Soda is the BEST..
I use it every day, for my water, my pets water and a bunch of small stuff around the home..

After my original review, they were quick to send me a personalized email apologizing for they packaging.

A few days latter I received a brand new 10lbs bag of much higher quality. No mess, no spills..
I am super happy why the new shipping method.

I will reorder soon, they were able to act quick, fix a problem and regain a customer..

UPS dropped it off.. bag inside was open and a big mess all over the box.. What’s the point of choosing “ organic better quality” if you have to clean it from the inside of a carton box.. unfortunately no returns for this item

Way better than the orange brick brand we all grew up with. Not nearly as many hard as a rock chunks in this brand than compared to the orange brick where you need heavy equipment to use the product.

Bulk is the way to go if you use a lot of baking soda. I have found this company to have a good quality product at a great price - I appreciate their use of strong plastic bags that do not easily break and the fact that they are recloseable with zip top for clean neat storage. Got delivered quickly too which was also nice.
