This item looks nothing like the item shown. It arrives in a clear baggie with the "Millard" label taped to the front. Very, very small. So misleading, and I can't even return it!

Opened the Amazon package that contained the packet of citric acid and accounting books. The citric acid satchel had a large hole so almost all of the contents ended up coating the inside of the mailer, the accounting books, and on the floor. Bad customer service bad quality control.

I don’t have a lot of experience with citric acid but I was not pleased with stuff. The tiny amount cost more than I would pay for a quality I did or think was that great. I used it in a candy recipe and it had a funny taste and did not turn out well.

My fault that I didn't pay attention to the description. The picture does not match the description. I was comparing so many products that when I went back to purchase, I picked the wrong one, because the picture depicted a 1 pound bag. This is for a 4 ounce bag.
