Changing my review to 5 stars.My experience with the lampmis that it's junk. However, if you post a negative review the seller will contact you continuously to delete it or edit it. I acknowledge the fact they credited my account. However that doesn't change the quality of the lamp. The rating is not intended for customer service. It's a subjective review of the quality of the ramp. Hoping that changing this to 5 stars will result in these people leaving me alone!!!
Cute lamp. Little in size but bright and adjusts to get the best desired light. Biggest downfall for us is that it seems impossible to turn it on and off. Theres a power button design which is the intended spot to turn it on/off but this doesn't work. We have to push all over the lamp, shake the lamp or whatever magic we can think of to get it to turn on. It's almost like the power button under the decorative cover is mobile and it's a guessing game where it is. So although it's a cute lamp it just seems like it's going to break or not last as long as we had hoped. Bummer
The seller did contact me following the review and offered replacement or a credit. The good customer service is appreciated following the unexpected poor quality.
