After my previous review of this chair, I examined the chair a bit more. When I came to update my review 2 days later, my review was gone. Amazon had sent me an email saying my review was approved. There was no additional email sent regarding my review’s takedown. I’m gonna try to keep this one quick as I don’t have the time and energy to keep on blasting this product.

- Very Very Very Very bad build quality (True Chinese product)
-First picture) Uneven screw holes. The holes on one of the armrest matched up perfectly with one side. The one in the picture didn’t.
- Second picture) Uneven chair. I’m willing to bet that it is due to the uneven screw holes in picture one. I paid extra for aesthetics and feel like I got ripped off.
- Third picture) Another example of poor build quality. There are many more examples of this on the chair but I went after he most obvious one.
- Forth picture) Chair filling coming out. I spent around $100 and get greeted by this!? Awful build quality.
- Fifth picture) Dent in the leather back. This most likely came from the factory as the box was in pretty good condition. Once again, Chinese factory.
- Packaging of parts in box very poor. Wheels for chair was scattered all over the box. Pretty much a mess. The base of the chair’s bag containing it had a large slash on it. The part was not scratched, however. Another of the factories shenanigans.
- Assembly was ridiculous. I suggest skipping around in the instructions if you plan on buying this chair. Install the chair on the wheel last as opposed to step two. Saves an hour of struggle. If the holes on the armrest is not fitting the chair, screw the armrest directly into the chair as opposed from the base. This step will show if your product is faulty. Saves another hour.
- Product had a thin layer of dust on the parts. Considering this is quite pricey, this is unacceptable
My advice is to stay away from this product. I bashed this product much harder than last time as I want everyone to know not to fall into this trap. For $100, you can get chairs which are miles ahead this one in build quality. Due to lack of time and hassle, I’ve decided against returning the product. I hope this decision of mine doesn’t backfire.

Another Update:
After contacted Amazon, they sent me a replacement chair. This chair did have screwholes that actually lined up. It also lacked the cosmetic defects from the original one. Before I thought I was out of the blue, I tested the seat height adjustment. Well, the good news end there. It was defected in a way that the seat height could be pushed up, however, when you sit on the chair, it is pushed down drastically and somewhat “bouncy”. I’m giving this chair 3 stars now as it does seem to have some promise, however, defects aren’t uncommon. I don’t use the seat height adjustment so I’m personally not bothered by the problem. 5 star customer service, 2.5 star chair.
