I think it is expensive, but I was given a bag of this mix awhile ago and my husband and son loved it and asked for more. So, being a good Mom and wife I bought more.
Very sweet and tasty. One envelope makes three miniature loafs. Very easy to make, but you need six eggs--yes, six, water or milk, 1/4 cup of oil and vanilla is optional--but I always add it. This is a good way to use those eggs that are about to go beyond their expiration date.
Makes a very tasty dessert or sweet snack.

Hi, I'm Phoebe
I grew up in a cabin on Vashon Island in the Pacific Northwest with no running water or electricity. Every Wednesday my mom would bake bread in our wood-burning stove, it was the highlight of my week. Today, I still want the bread but found I needed to remove gluten and grains from my diet to maintain my health.
So, in 2017 I started Other Foods, hoping to offer the comfort of bread and baked treats to folks like me with food sensitivities. I hope you love what I've made for us.
