Step 1

Press and hold the reset button on the feeder until you hear three beep,beep,beep, which means reset is complete.

Step 2

Open the APP, register and log in, choose to add device
Select "Add Manually " and find "Small Home Appliances" in the fifth left category search box
Find the "Pet" in the right of "Small Home Appliances", Click on the "Pet feeder (Wi-Fi)"

Step 3

Enter the WIFI password,Power on the device and confirm that the indicator is blinking rapidly.

Ok, I was worried about these after seeing some reviews state wi-fi issues. Listen, that was probably the easiest part!! Once you d/l the app it’s easy. THE HARD PART is the MATH!! No where in the instruction book nor quick glance guide does it state how much a serving size is, after googling I learned it is 2.5 TEAspoons (which is literally 6pcs of my cats dry food!). There is absolutely no need for a serving to be that small. I hate math- I then had to reach out for help trying to figure out how many 2.5tsp servings made up 1/4 cup (it’s 5- FYI). The timers are in military time, which is fine. Putting the actual unit together was super easy. It’s been 24hrs and neither of my cats have destroyed the unit- so I am hopeful that they won’t. It does seem super sturdy, for which I’m grateful!! I bought 2 because my boys don’t share. And I’m ultimately super happy with the purchase after doing lots of research & reading MANY reviews before deciding on this particular automatic pet feeder.

Purchased for an upcoming trip.

1. The packaging of this product was beyond expectation. It was among the cheaper auto feeders at the time and so I was able to purchase two separate ones for each of my cats. On day one, I was impressed with the ease of set up. Took a few trials to make sure we got the portions set up properly since I had never measured my cats' servings in teaspoons (directions say one serving equals 2.5 tsp), but I have not had to mess or adjust anything since that initial day. It has been a couple of weeks now.
2.I love the automatic cat feeder which I don't need an additional food storage container as the entire bag I purchase easily fits between the two feeders.
3.The voice recording feature is nice, it is a little quiet though. My cats won't hear it unless they are one the same side of the house, but they usually sense feeding times without being told anyway.
I wish I had invested in these products sooner. They make things easier not having to worry about missed feedings or off schedules for day to day activities as well. And it is nice not being woken up at 7am to hungry cats any more.
We have a week long trip coming up in a couple weeks time and I am not worried at all about our cats being fed on time each day.

AFTER you get past the confusing instructions...

The device comes with instructions for Bluetooth and for Wifi. If you download the wrong app, you can't connect it to your feeder. I lost half a day trying that with the Bluetooth instructions for the WiFi feeder. After that, it works pretty well.

That said, we're only a day in and one of my cats has already found the feed button and dispensed food for herself. I think it was an accident, but it's only a matter of time before she figures it out reliably. The perils of having a smart, food oriented cat.

Edited to add: She did figure it out reliably and I had to tape cardboard over the dispense button. She's also figured out how to get the lid off. There's a lot of tape on this now.

The bigger problem, after solving the lid issue with tape, is that it will just fail to serve food sometimes. We have two and sometimes one will dispense food but the other won't. You get no notifications. It's just cats being hungry and fighting over food.

I am on vacation as we speak. The feeder worked prefect the few weeks before we left we thought were good!!! Get 400 miles from home and it’s “offline” and wants me to put my phone up by it to re-connect. THANK GOD I have someone coming to check the cats daily and they will just have to feed them!! Not worth it….

I was going on vacation so i purchased this to keep my cat fed and even set up a Wyze camera in the room to make sure it was working. It did fine till i returned. for about three weeks it worked perfectly but now it will not automatically feed my cat at all. I have to either press the button on the unit or go into the app and set how much i want to feed and press the feed button on the app.

I have the schedule function set up and have even changed the times Multiple Times.

I have factory reset the unit, put new batteries, changed the power cord EVERYTHING.
Right now it's on its factory power cord and it has brand new batteries in it and I cant get it to auto feed my kitty so it's just kinda like a food storage till i press the button from the app or on the unit.

Didn’t work & my cats went hungry for DAYS

This product was awesome at first. Did exactly what we needed it to do. It fed on the schedule I set and correct amounts. We bought this to leave our cats for a long weekend and trusted it since it had worked so well up until our trip. We set the reoccurring schedule to feed them twice a day. We come home to see it only fed them the very first day of our trip and they just went 4 whole days without eating. I’m FURIOUS. I want answers as to why this happened.

Product Seems Great, but ...

After a couple of days the product seems to work great. The user experience during setup was however abysmal. The instructions included with the product did not match the instructions in the downloaded app. The instructions are provided “out of sequence.” For example, the instruction to power on the feeder follows the pair with wifi instruction. Certainly makes sense, but for people like me that follow instructions in the order presented, it’s counter productive.
I found having to download what appeared to be two dissimilar apps disconcerting because too many wifi enabled devices present security risks. I struggled with the decision to install both applications
I suggest taking an in-depth review of the instructions and revise for clarity and ease-of-use.

Cumple su función: que mi gatita no pase hambre cuando llego tarde o no estoy por alguna razón.
Aunque se desconecte sigue funcionando si le pones pilas. Es difícil que se voltee, pero si tienes un gato gordo como la mía, probablemente lo jale por todos lados tratando de conseguir comida, yo lo tuve que fijar al suelo con cinta.

CONTRAS
Se desprograma sin previo aviso. De los dos meses que lo he tenido se ha desprogramado dos veces, de la nada se le borran los horarios de comida y deja de dispensar. Siempre estoy al pendiente de la app y del registro de alimentación, así me doy cuenta cuando deja de sacar comida. Solo es cuestión de volver a poner los horarios y ya.

Otro pero: las porciones de comida no siempre son iguales, a veces saca más, a veces menos, y no dice sus equivalentes en tazas o en gramos, más bien es cuestión de que experimentar.

Dentro de todo, estoy feliz con la compra, me ayuda mucho cuando tengo que salir y no quiero estresar a mi gatita llevándola a casa de alguien más, o dejándola en una pensión. También permite que no pase tantas horas sin comer en la noche sin que me tenga que despertar en la madrugada a alimentarla.
