Way too dim!

Easy setup but WAY too dim if using anything other than the bright white color. For the money, I was expecting it to be much brighter. I don’t think I’ll be ordering additional lights to expand the setup outside. It’s a shame because we have a ton of hue lights inside the house but this was disappointing

Much brighter and larger than the original Lily size, can be used as a wash or use the attached visor for more narrowed focus. The light span is roughly the size of a BR30. Full color range. Very happy with the light.

How can anyone give this less than 5 stars!!! I was kind of worried that it would not be bright enough or cover as much area as I hoped but it did way better than expected. Worked excellent with my Alexa and did a dusk to dawn routine with no problems. I recently looked into getting outdoor lighting put in by a lighting company and the cost was a little more than $1500.00, but I'm doing this for a little less than half the cost with a features the other does not have. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Saved Thousands Using Hue

I was able to fully light my front and back yard using the Hue system.
The iOS app is straight forward and easy to use. I set up a timer and my lights look amazing. I saved about $10,000+ doing it myself.
ONE SUGGESTION:
Be sure to do the software and firmware updates for the bridge and each light BEFORE placing them in your yard.
It takes hours and you need a good WiFi connection.

Ok, I am a Hue junkie, I'll admit that. But these big suckers are the best. Big and bright. Amazing color range (unlike the first gen bulbs). The plugs are a bit less thought out. The power supply will only hold a certain wattage, and that means you can only daisy chain two of them (which is below the max wattage rating of the power supply), but it's a minor thing. Bottom line, I love them, and I will likely buy more.

These lights (I bought two) are solid, just as you'd expect from the Hue line. They're a little larger than I expected (much larger than the regular outdoor spots) and they have great output. If you already have a Hue system, these will integrate right in. Realize that you'll of course need a Hue Bridge for these to work correctly.
