To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
So it does change the light shape well but as it gets farther it becomes more distorted but still there. cats still like it though. as for the flash light part and blue light both are way surprisingly strong and I mean really bright.
I can't sit in my chair without my cat staring and talking to me. She wants to play every morning with the light. It has a dot plus some images. One image looks like a cross between a mouse and a shirmp or something...no idea what it is but the cat goes nuts for it. Dot stays small at any distance but the star, shrimp-mouse, butterfly become larger and larger the farther you shine it, which is a negative.
This is a fun cat toy, but the simple (cheaper) red light pointers are good enough. My cat doesn’t care if there’s an image, so you’re just spending more money for nothing.
Not a very durable product. For 18 dollars it should have lasted more than 2 months. Would not be purchased again. The cheaper ones actually lasted longer.
