Coco Lopez is better, has more taste than this

I liked the idea that this came in a squeeze plastic bottle rather than the Coco Lopez that’s in a can. I thought it would taste the same and easier to use. Unfortunately this one didn’t have much taste and seemed like it was watered down. On a positive note this coconut cream does have an expiration date on them unlike the Coco Lopez. I found that all the coconut creams need to be refrigerated after opening and then kept in it after using. This tends to make it too thick to pour with the Coco Lopez (that states to use it at room temperature) but not with this brand. It’s sort of a toss up as to which one is better but IMO I’d rather use the other cream and pour the contents of the can into a squeeze bottle before refrigerating!

This was a off hand purchase. I wanted coconut cream on hand for baking. I did make a vegan oreo cheesecake with it for New Years. I didn't know it had additional sugar in it. The cake was so sweet. I could barely eat it. I didn't use any sugar myself, except the crust had oreos.

This has the consistency and familiarity of condensed milk. The kind you get in a small can and use in pumpkin pie. I could see a vegan using this instead of that can. That said, I wouldn't buy it again for any other reason. It was like a thick sugar syrup. It had an off, artificial, taste I needed to cover up with other ingredients. It tasted very little like coconut. I don't really like the taste of coconut, so I'm actually fine with that, but if you want coconut cream... Just buy a can of full fat coconut milk.

I liked the dispenser, which was neat and easy to use. It was sinfully rich and delicious, and also pretty good for you. Calorie dense, but also beneficial. There was no downside. It was just plain yummy. I used it in a no-bake pina colada pie recipe. It’s a thick and creamy liquid. I’m sure it would be deliciously decadent in a cocktail recipe, cakes, fruit salads and many other recipes.

This was great for pina colada's even non-alcohol. I finally located this product from Amazon and will continue to buy from this company. I have tried other ones from the cans, but this is the best. esp easy storage and great taste. Nothing else needs to be said!!!!
