Excellent Large Chair for Home or Office

This is an incredible chair, especially for the value! It was very easy to put together, all tools provided and marked extremely well!! The directions were great with one exception, you needed to press very hard to get the wheels into the base. At first I thought they were in but then on the last one it went in further than the rest so I pushed harder on the others and they all finally ended up at the same level. The directions just say to insert the wheels but that’s not easy without forcing them in. This was the only part I, as a woman, had a little difficulty with because I don’t have much strength in my hands or arms at 64 yrs old. Once I got them in I was good to go with the rest of the build. In all, it took me 15 minutes by myself to put the chair together. Having everything packaged so neatly and labeled so carefully made it simple. One I had it together I sat down and adjusted the height of the seat and arms with no difficulty at all. The one thing I didn’t realize when I purchased the chair was how wide it was. I wish I had the ability to adjust the arms inward and forward so I could rest my arms while I’m typing. It’s definitely made to handle a tall and or larger person. The chairs rolls smoothly on both hardwood and low pile carpet. It swivels 360 as smooth as silk. The seat and arms are very comfortable (albeit large for me) and nicely padded. Since I now have to work from home due to the pandemic, and I don’t have a company budget, I needed a decent and comfortable chair and I certainly found it with this one. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed, especially if you need a roomy chair. Keep in mind, as stated above, you cannot adjust the arms inward or forward so if you are on the small and/petite size, you will not have the support you’ll want or need...thus, one star less for support.

Good quality chair with a nice reclining option.

I like this chair because of the way it feels when I sit on it. It has no bumps here and there that make the chair look cool but not comfortable to sit. It is not too soft, not too firm. It has a good reclining option that allows you to slide into a reclining position. It does not knock you down like other chairs, it happens gradually. You can adjust the tension for reclining by using a big black knob under the seat. Some customers said that this chair does not recline. It is not true. It does recline and you can switch between sitting straight and recline position by using a handle on the right side of the chair underneath the seat. If casters do not want to go into legs, spray W40 into the opening, it will do the trick.

Good looking chair for 400 pounds male, too wide seat and the armrests attached too far from the seat that my arms were spread like wings. My boyfriend had to drill extra holes and attach armrests one inch further in on each side. The degree of inclination of the backrest is not adjustable to the straight position so if you want to lounge in it it’s fine, but a pain if you want to use it as an office chair. If it were not for the hassle of returns due to Covid-19 I would have sent it back. Overall very disappointing.
