Disappointed it Broke

The strap came undone after short time of use. The stitching came right out. I just carry a wallet, a pocket calendar, chapstick, and my cell phone. Very light weight. I've bought these purses from Kohl's and never had a problem. Disappointed.

Don’t think I got what I ordered?

I’ve been buying this style of Relic brand purses for quite some time. Usually I purchase them from Kohl’s and was having trouble finding them there and found the Fossil shop on Amazon. I received the purse today and was disappointed. It seems like it’s a knock off! I know that doesn’t make sense because it’s not an expensive bag however, the leather outside feels completely different than the one I was replacing (same purse different color). TheThe material inside feels thin and cheap. The normal Relic tags usually a leather logo and/or one that has a fun quote on the inside are not there. The outside looks fine and overall there is no problem with the functionality of the bag, it just doesn’t seem genuine.

It's a nice looking bag but it is NOT the one in the picture. I specifically chose to purchase this bag because I liked the detail of the metal name plate. The one I received had Relic lightly printed at the bottom which will probably get scraped off in no time. The c is barely on there. I may be sending it back.
