I am a seriously weak diabetic with tons of health issues and my legs have been so weak that my ankles sprain or break at least on a yearly basis. After a near death experience I have had random anxious energy and focusing on getting my legs back into shape has been helpful.. It's been hard but I've stuck with it for 3 weeks working out my legs and mah booty. I've been debilitated for so long... if I can do it with my zero energy and get started (it's definitely improved my energy) anyone can. I did have to cave and finally get some leggings to help it stay in place, I find it does move a bit. I quickly graduated to the medium level and think it will be my preferred level. I am the ultimate beginner, I have never exercised on a daily basis and seeing results and feeling better about myself really does help. I have never been able to do a squat in true form and now I can do at least 30 so I feel a bit addicted to seeing positive results.

Since the price was fair I decided to try out these bands to level up my fitness routines. After the first workout with them it seemed too easy and not enough resistance, so I moved to a higher tension. Well, a week later I am still sore from the deceptively engaging workout. These bands provided the resistance I needed but with the ability to still perform the exercises with good form, effectively. The material is durable and has good grip. Happy with my purchase and I would recommend them.

I made a mistake and thought I was ordering the same set of bands that I had previously purchased. My mistake. These bands are useless. In comparison with my other bands they:
1) Have a limited range of stretch. Once they reach a certain limited length they "bottom out" and won't stretch further. This would be fine except it doesn't allow a full range of motion for exercises.
2) Hard to tell the difference between light, medium, heavy, etc. Given this, I can't move up the scale in difficulty.

I can't return these since I threw away the packaging since I thought I was buying the Fit Simplify product I had previously purchased.....lesson learned.

I order these resistance bands to replace with the worn-out ones. I believe I made a good choice to buy them because these bands look pretty well made and the different resistance levels are noticeable by the depth of colors and labels. It also comes with a small pamphlet that provides 12 different exercises that can utilize the resistance bands, which is friendly to anyone who never uses resistance bands for workout before hand. It also has a small black bag that can hold the resistance bands and carry them around, which is quite convenient. Overall, if you are looking for resistance bands with good quality and good price, I definitely recommend you to try this brand. Right now I use them every day for my own workout program.

I should start by saying I am a beginner band user. With that said, I have no use for the extra-light, light or medium bands; literally no resistance ( using them for leg and bootie work). It’s frustrating to start with the heavy and extra-heavy because I know they will probably wear out sooner rather than later. Doubling up on bands does increase the resistance. Can’t keep them from “rolling”, regardless of what I wear and that is most annoying because they actually HURT to use them when they are curled.

When just you must have it:
1. You are recovering from some shoulder injury: it is sturdy, offer set of resistance bands going up gradually from super light level. It comes with suggested set of exercise, which is very close to your doctors' instructions.
2. You are super-busy and try to pack as many pellets into your time-unit as possible: you can literally do some exercise while having a few minutes mind-break.
3. When you need some addition to your daily exercise routine to tune up select muscules.

So far, I've been using this set for about a month already, and I already feel the difference in my upper body. (Yes, I am still recovering from an injury): my arms even out the strength, I feel my muscles again, and I just enjoy it.
Surprisingly, I discovered nice and tightening effect on the stomach area while working the lower body steps.

I am using 2+ heavier bands on my lower body, but hoping to even this out in a month or two.

I am very happy with this purchase.

My physiotherapist has recommended me to use these bands to do some stretching exercises. I found out very useful as I am not able to go for therapy anymore. I used the medium Elastic one, the black is heavy maybe it can be used for intended training. Initially i was very skeptical about using thin as they looked pretty thin in photos, but the are adequate enough for me.

My chiropractor suggested I purchase an exercise band to add additional strengthening exercises to my routine with the goal of strength in my hip area. There were so many to choose from here on Amazon and I chose this because the price was not the highest and not the lowest. I was also pleased with the extensive information on the product page . The bands arrived faster than expected and the loops were nicely packed in their own latex like envelope and all fit nicely in a velvety pull string bag. The material quality is thick enough whereby they don’t curl when stretched. I love the fact that there are 5 resistance levels so that I can use the stronger resistance on my lower body and less so on my upper body. All in all I definitely recommend this product to others as it is a high quality product at an very reasonable price.

At the time of writing I have only just received this item (with a half intention to "comit to get fit") after sitting too long, reading etc during lockdowns.
The band's come in 5 strengths of "resistance" but so far I have only tried the first two strengths. The set of 5 different coloured band's come with a small instructions manual and it is my INTENTION to try all the instructions over a period of time on each strength of band.

The blue band broke in the middle of band pull-aparts after only 1 week of use. This was despite using slow and controlled movements. I was only putting in maybe 50% effort, doing an exercise involving small muscles, and did not stretch the band excessively.

The leaflet provides no safety information on the elastic limit, either.

Flimsy, unsafe product and inadequate leaflet.

I do not recommend this product.

These have little to no resistance at all. The black and red ones (the heavier of the five) are not firmer than the others, rather they just don't stretch as far. I bought these as a replacement for the previous ones I used, which I worked out with until they broke, but these don't compare at all even though they are more expensive!
