I just received my tv about two days ago. Gonna be super honest here because that’s what I would want if I was you right now.
Packing/Wrapping: 10 + (Impressive)
Assembly: 9+ (Was barely annoying, and they actually include a screwdriver for you !)
Picture: 9 (Good & clear enough for the price you’re paying)
Sound: 6 (This is the biggest disappointment about the tv. The loudness isn’t the issue because it does get way louder than my previous Magnavox TV did, but the sound super, and I mean “super” thin. Very similar to what the radio in your car sounds like when you turn your Bass all the way down, but it’s even thinner than that. I’m most likely gonna get some extreme all speakers or a sound bar because it’s a bit annoying. Again, the sound is super thin, but more than loud enough.
Misc: Not sure if my TimeWarnerSpectrum remote can be programmed to it.
Overall: Happy

It may not be a name brand, but this tv has worked just fine. People have complained about the tunnel like sound- however, if you go into advanced sound settings, you can change it to sound normal. I found out how to do that on YouTube and now it sounds great.

This TV has a great picture quality. It is very sharp. To adjust picture quality press the menu button on the remote. You can also adjust the sound quality. There's an option for surround sound. The sound isn't that loud even on it's highest level.....but if you using a Fire Stick, the volume gets extremely loud. I don't know why, but it does. There is an option to change the quality and tone of the sound. There are few options available for sound tone, though the variances in tones are subtle.

There are options to not only select the color intensity, but also to give the color warm, cool, or normal undertones. Pressing the "Menu" button will take you to the screen that allows you to set up and make all adjustments necessary. One other thing, there is an option for cable under the "channel" section. For anyone that has cable, that option needs to be selected or the cable will not work. Uverse will work on HDMI 2. The Fire Stick works on HDMI 1. You can access HDMI choices by pressing the source button on the remote. Again, everything you need to access for the TV will come up by simply pressing the menu button on the remote.

The feet are attached by 2 included screws. A nice quality Phillips screwdriver is included. Batteries for the remote are included....2AAA. The TV is very lightweight. It is just as it appears, with no additional borders around the frame.

I've owned this TV since Feb. 4, 2018 and today is May 1, 2018...This TV is in my guest bedroom so we don't use it much. Well after just 3 months it's already broken in multiple ways and not only has the return window closed, but the product support window expired after just 60 days...just long enough for my TV to break in 90 days - in which time it might have seen 2 hours of use. It now randomly decides how bright or dim it will be, as well as whether or not its going to randomly change the volume from barely audible to bleeding ear drums. My house is not located on any ancient burial grounds and was just built in 2014, so I'm confident there's no haunting going on - especially since all my other TVs seem free of demons. Ya get what ya pay for folks...Don't be a tightwad like I was. I guess it's karma for giving my guests a lackluster TV to begin with.

One minor complaint is some of the battery covers come off a little easier than I would like but it is a minor issue overall. i think the packaging with tools to attach the bases is a great bonus.
