Everyone embraces an opportunity to be kind

It’s unfortunate that this wonderful movie hasn’t rec’d more attention and accolades. One of its finest accomplishments is that every character chooses kindness and, as a result, finds some resolution to an individual issue. As well, all the characters participate in a mutual resolution that benefits everyone and reflects growth and understanding. The movie is filled with a sense of affection among all the characters who come to see clearly their common frailities, connections, and capacity for love. I recommend it with great enthusiasm!

Best love story ever, without the typical two-girl love scenes.

I think this might be the best love story I've ever seen. The old story of how two girls get a baby, and how a boy learns to let go and let Love. I can forgive the gratuitous body shots and the persistently scanty clothing when I see the beautiful leads actually acting their hearts out. I thought the dialogue for the male was kind of dumb, he's not the donor I'd pick if I wanted my child to go to graduate school, but maybe it's realistic. Certainly believable, and so many interesting facets to each of the relationships. And I might have the same mother. "Oh how are you, ex-boyfriend? We should keep in touch!" Yikes. The movie title was the crown jewel in this under-reviewed jewel. If you love Love, watch the movie. If you are also trying to figure out why She left you, watch it anyway. It might just help you let go, as well.

I lost patience with it near the end

There was no reason for him to move into their house, but aside from that the story was okay until the last third. At that point it degenerated into a bunch of overly emotional disconnected scenes. SPOILER. We never do learn if and how they got what they wanted from the guy.

I really enjoyed this movie overall. Beautiful in every way. And I loved the ending--it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this movie and would absolutely watch it again. A must see.

The two leads are so believable in their love for each other

The two leads are so believable in their love for each other. They are also beautiful women. The two men fit in well and did a good job. Loved it all the way through. I wanted even more of these two women interacting with one another. Maybe a Part 2 would have been the way to go. If you are one of those looking for nudity and a lot of sex scenes then this one is not for you. But, you can feel the love between them and you just know how much they care about each other. I could watch this one again.

Very sweet. I suppose the 28% who hated it were looking for sex, and it's not about sex. It's more complicated than that. Like lots of women's films. (:

I liked it a lot

I liked it a lot. The ending was a little ambiguous and left me wanting more. Otherwise, not a bad little movie.
