This stuff just plain works!!! It takes all the bad stuff out. My family is a bunch of hunters, and with that comes unsavory things embedded into clothing. And with boys and manboys, they leave it, for days, and it sets in. I'm sorry, but I'm NOT SCRUBBING IT, nor am I wanting to look at it. So, it has to be clean. What do I do? Can't bleach it, Tide doesn't work, All of the color safe stuff, nope. NOTHING gets it all out, or used to. I bought this stuff, for normal stains, then the youngest got a monster 10 point, and left his clothes outside for a week. I sprayed them with Seventh Generation Stain remover, did not wait, and tossed them in my front load. Sent them thru the ferris wheel, then into the dryer. Paid no attention, because NOTHING has ever worked. Then when I yanked them from the dryer, I nearly fell over. BRAND NEW CLOTHES!!! SPANKIN NEW! I was floored! I carefully inspected them, and nothing, not a tiny, miscolored speck anywhere. So, I grabbed my oldests nasty, dirty, grimey, Iron Worker coat, ewww. Tossed that in, after a quick spray. Holy cow, again, spotless, except for this black stuff they use that doesn't come off, even with C4. It left a light grey coloring on the hi-vis yellow coat. So, absolutely AH-MAZING! I love this stuff so much I tell everyone, and set up auto delivery! GET IT, you will use nothing else, ever.

Works Well - Less Toxic Than Major Brands

I need a pre-wash spray, but want to avoid the strong toxic chemicals found in Shout, Zout, Resolve and Spray-N-Wash. Those brands work well and are probably a little stronger than this, but I also found that they can leave permanent stains, especially if I let them stay on my clothes for too long before washing. The Seventh Generation spray does not seem to cause any permanent damage at all. I will typically spray it on an article of clothing right away (like a t-shirt), toss the clothing in a laundry hamper and sometimes circle back a few days later and spray it again. It works fine for "normal" uses like underarm stains or blood; sometimes it needs a few applications to fully dissolve the latter but it does dissolve it.

The company also recommends that you use it in conjunction with an Oxy-powder for even better results. Seventh Generation used to make their own Oxy-powder which was very good, but sadly they no longer make it. Still, I find this spray more than adequate on its own for my typical day-to-day needs.

Great product! Virtually no smell. Cleans very well!! If you have a particular hard stain or odor to remove, just let it sit on fabric for at least 30 minutes and maybe run your wash cycle a little longer. But for everything else, no extra care needed. BEST all natural, fragrance free cleaner out there! Great sprayer nozzle..easy to use doesn't go all over the place getting you wet.

PS: THANK YOU to the packing team for placing tape over the spray handle so that it did not spill during shipment--I REALLY appreciated that!!

I am always impressed with 7th generation products and this one doesnt disappoint either. i am very sensitive to synthetic fragrance additives and some harsh chemicals, but i love that this product is plant based. it works beautifully on all my garments and the stain seems to always disappear. i love it so much that none of my local retailers carry it anymore, but i am able to order a quantity of 8 from Amazon.

I love the product it’s self. All clean ingredients and I don’t have to worry about it hurting my family’s skin.

But I was extremely upset to find that my box was delivered with half of the contents emptied out. The lids do not stay on and it just leaked every where. I probably got less than half of the bottles.
Next time I’ll end up buying from the store.

I was looking for a more environmentally friendly stain remover, so i decided to try this one since I've used some of the seventh generation soaps and detergents. This has worked well for what I have used it for so far. I REALLY like that it's unscented and has none of the completely pointless dyes that other products have. So many products today are such ridiculously over-scented perfume bombs that it is olfactory overload and I just can't take it anymore. I can't even walk down the laundry aisle at the store anymore. I'm thankful that I can order a product like this online and not have to destroy my olfactory nerves.

Truly fragrance free and removes most stains

I order this by the case. My kids wear school uniforms and come home looking like they've been rolling in mud puddles all day long. This takes out the vast majority of stains the first time around. Sometimes I have to treat a second or third time, and it works best if I can treat the stain and then wait to wash the clothes (but that's not usually what I do). I find that it doesn't work quite as well as Dreft, but I prefer a truly unscented option whenever possible, so I continue to order this.

This is neutral scented so it doesn't give me headaches. It actually works at stains vs other popular brands. I like that you can treat the stain and then leave the clothing until you're ready to put in a batch. It doesn't take out everything my 2 year old throws at it but it does a better job than most anything else.
