This product is so over priced for what you get. Traditional pancake mixes are 32 oz for around $2.00. This product was $6.60 for just over 10 oz. It would take 3 boxes for about $20.00 to match what I can buy the traditional pancake mix.
The calories are about the same. You get to eat 2 pancakes at 30 grams with this product and 3 pancakes at 45 grams with the traditional pancake mix. Fiber is 2 grams per serving verses 1 gram of traditional pancake mix.
Yes, the ingredients are better, but paying 10 times per box makes no sense. You can find other products with better/healthier ingredients if you want for much less. I would not recommend buying this product. I eat pancakes, but only once a week at best...

I’ve been gluten free for health reasons for seven years, and paleo for one year. My seven-year-old daughter has sensory issues and we both love these pancakes. It’s a very quick, nutritious meal for us. She won’t eat eggs, coconut oil, or non-dairy milk on her own, but whipped up into pancakes, she devours them. It’s something we can both agree on.

The texture is nice, not exactly fluffy like a buttermilk pancake, but not heavy, or rubbery like other keto/paleo or gluten-free mixes.

We prefer to eat them slathered in peanut butter for her and almond butter for me, and maybe a dash of pure maple syrup. Seriously, you don’t know what you are missing!

My only complaint is that I wish more came in the box, because we go through so much. Fortunately, there are Amazon Subscriptions!

This is for the pancake waffle mix. Have to agree with other reviews - pancakes are NOT good! Flat and odd grainy tasting. Under a dozen pancakes worth in a box. It needs more leavening agent like baking powder.

It is highly unethical to combine reviews for half a dozen products onto one page!! Not cool Amazon.

As light as it is, this mix produces waffles and pancakes with excellent flavor and texture. Though my partner has diabetes, he still loves good food, and many low-carb mixes we've tried have ended up in the disposal. This is excellent, and even though I don't have dietary limitations, I still prefer this mix to any regular type. Easy to prepare, and to mix in additional ingredients like pecans, banana, etc. Highly recommend.

I love these pancakes! They are super easy to make, delicious and I recommend them, including to those with dietary restrictions (I have to be gluten, milk, corn, and soy free, and avoid rice). Delicious gluten free waffles that taste just like the “real” thing. Excellent flavor and texture. This mix requires eggs which really contribute to the light fluffiness.
I add a little agave syrup to the mix and find it creates browning and crispness for outer shell for the waffle.

I was totally surprised how GOOD this pancake mix really was. I forgot to buy milk and it said you could add water so I did and believe me or not I LOVED these pancakes! If it weren't for the fact I paid so much for delivery, it cost me more to deliver them than I knew I would definitely buy them again!
