**update--- I attempted to subscribe & save this product. Now they are listed as an "add on item." They were a "Prime" item when I ordered them a week ago. This kind of thing burns me up. They are an excellent lentil, the very best I've eaten. However, these BS games are not excellent at all.
I guess I will experiment with different brands as I do not appreciate this type change. When things like this happen, my loyalty goes right out the window. You guys just cost yourself what could have been a loyal customer.

I make a type of masoor dal with these, in an Instant Pot use 1 cup red lentils to 2.5 cups liquid, 12 minutes. That creates a thick but still creamy texture that is wonderful over rice. I add curry powder, of course.I've never found any foreign matter in this brand, few broken lentils too.
