Don’t buy! It’s a waste of money! I have canceled my policy twice prior to my return window being closed. I returned faulty equipment that the insurance was purchased for. They have failed to contact me and refund my money. Don’t waste your money!

Managed to file a claim

It was not possible to file a claim on the website. The website would continually display a notice that the password needed to be updated. Updating the password produced an e-mail message stating that it had been updated. Attempting to login with the updated password would result in the message that the password would need to be updated. I managed to contact a representative via chat who informed me that she could not help me file a claim but gave me a phone number to call. Calling that number finally put me in contact with someone who helped me file the claim. Also, I realized shortly after I bought the warranty that I received NOTHING documenting the warranty or providing information on how to file a claim. I saved the order receipt I received from Amazon and that was all the documentation I had. An internet search using the name on that receipt provided the web address I used to start the claim process. Overall, it seems that the mechanism to file a claim is shrouded in mystery and dead ends.
