No doubt in my mind that they can handle their advertised load - but with one caveat - the included concrete anchors are junk. Get your own if human safety is at all involved. They're nice brackets and they seem very strong and sturdy. But I've already had to lubricate them due to squeaking. This is up under a porch where there is NO weather getting to them.
Guess next time I should buy ones with ball bearings and pay more.
I'll keep the WD40 handy.

I have a deck that stands up high enough to pretty much turn the bottom into a swing set so that's what I've been doing, but it's a good purchase. Recommended.
