I, too, have been with The Boys from the beginning, and love everything about this show. Beyond the beauty and depth of Dean and Sam, the original plot lines, the great music, and the multitude of wonderful guest stars, this is a totally entertaining yet deep like few other shows are...I agree with the comparison someone made between this show and Buffy, another classic, a 'metaphysical horror/comedy'.... this season was as good as, if not better than, any of the wonderful previous seasons. I thought the Men of Letters' bunker was a genius plot addition, and love seeing Crowley with some humanity...(so glad that Mark Sheppard is a regular, along with Misha... I still miss Bobby, (I mean Jim Beaver...) though, as well as Ellen and Jo. But new characters - with that 'spark' always seem to come along with regularity, one of the show's many strengths. It would be hard to find a weak link in this show, even if I was a person that was comfortable being judgmental - which I'm not - though I must admit, the show and the Boys feel such a part of me - almost like one's own child - that I think I might have a bit of a mother's love/bias. Anyway, I hope it goes on for many years. Like Dr. Who. It could..!!??
