As long as you know what you are buying this is a nice watch for the price. It certainly feels well built and polished. There is no lag in the software and the interface is responsive. It is quite intuitive if you've used a smartwatch before and I personally didn't need to read the instruction manual. It includes the basic functions you want in a budget smartwatch but not much more. Things like the heart rate monitor work very well. And I enjoyed the variety of watch faces available. I haven't used it to exercise so can't comment on the accuracy.
There are a few issues but I am willing to ignore them based on the fact this watch is under $50 and not a $300 apple watch.
1. There is more of a bottom bezel than the photos/box appears to show. The bottom bezel is twice as thick as the top one.
2. The charging connection seems like you could disconnect it quite easily if you accidently push it.
3. The watch face doesn't stay on for very long - I assume to conserve battery. Seems to be about 2 seconds if you are not interacting with the watch and I can't find an option to change that.

My fitbit stopped working and I did not want to pay $200+ to replace it. I wasn't expecting much from this watch based on the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has more features than the fitbit did, including a blood oxygen monitor! Many free choices of clock faces in the app. The heart monitor and sleep tracking are on par with what I was used to with my fitbit. There are many exercises available in the list to choose from to log workouts, including: outdoor run, indoor run, outdoor walk, indoor walk, hiking, outdoor cycle, indoor cycle, cricket, pool swim, open water swim, yoga, rower, elliptical, workout, dance, treadmill, HIIT, functional training, core training, relaxation. It's nice not to have to mess with settings to add more exercises. The find your phone feature works great 👍Battery life - currently using about 30% in 24 hours. Very happy with the watch and would definitely recommend the purchase.
Update after 6 months of use:
The watch continued to work well for me until I bumped it on a wall (not very hard) and a part of the watch broke off where the wristband attaches (last photo). I can no longer wear the watch. I emailed the company but they have not responded.

I’ve always had a Fitbit to track basic data (steps/time), but been thinking it was time for an upgrade. I have had TOZO products before so it wasn’t a big leap. I have comical child like wrists so I was happy there were enough notches on the band to fit well, and then some. A bit of an adjustment with the screen from someone who only had the thinner band FitBit with the dot light indicators, but pretty nifty. Once you get used to the controls, it’s easy enough to navigate. The screen isn’t super sensitive like an iPhone but it does what it needs to do without much hassle. So far I’ve worn it normally and tracked an indoor (lazy) jog. The steps/distance didn’t match my treadmill but I’ve found that to be the case with any tracker I’ve had, no different here. The music controls were a huge bonus. Battery lasted a couple days. I like their app, it’s super intuitive. Cheaper than a basic FitBit too. Overall pleased with my purchase, you can’t go wrong.
Only note: if you update the device, wait until it finishes with the app open. Don’t walk away like I did and then get it caught in a loop lol.

Set up was really easy and the ability to change the watch face to one of your choice is also good. Charge time is good and it’s goes a long way too.
It’s not an Apple Watch, BUT, it doesn’t cost anywhere near the same so it wins hands down in my book. I’d buy another.

Has alexa built in but no speech as watch has no speaker which again didn't know.
Have used this to stop play pause music etc on phone when playing overall good watch for £40 haven't tried the exercise side of it yet but so far quite impressed
