Makes for a discrete way to Conceal Carry your smaller weapon. Was able to accommodate each of these three weapons: my Charter Arms .38 2" Revolver, my S&W Shield .40S&W/9mm(single stack) sub-compact, & a SCCY CPX3 .380 pistol. The 9mm & .380 were each a Snug fit, but the compartment zipped shut without binding, Plus my cell phone & an extra mag in the next compartment, all were easily carried and contents undetectable on the belt.
The 2 snap belt loops, snapped tightly and secure- These are the key! If the snaps are loose it can flop off your belt- mine were very tight. Before ordering, MEASURE the pistol you're planning to carry inside, and that the total Length, as well as the 'butt to slide' width are within the pouch's dimensions. Don't pay any attention to those cry-baby reviews claiming 'it broke' or their 1911 didn't fit! Just don't try to stuff it with too much weight into a $7 pouch, about 2 lbs is about it. Good Hunting!

Was fantastic until the belt strap broke

Bought two of these type of belt packs at the same time in August of last year. Alternated between them both (one black, one in a tan camo.). As you can see in the picture, a strap for the belt broke off and disappeared. Same sort of problem with the other one. Learned from that one that one strap isn't strong enough and will quickly break. I plan to try to find replacements that distribute weight horizontally instead of vertically in hopes that will be more durable. In meantime wearing these horizontally, but doesn't work well since zippers and phone clip are designed for wearing vertical (can loose things from zipper pockets if one comes open without you noticing).
