Vibration for notification saves me the hassle of having to take my phone out of my pocket when I'm working.
You can read just enough of your incoming messages to know whether or not you need to respond.
This is not a watch for a Star Trek fan meaning you cannot make phone calls, etc with it.
I have been searching for a watch that I could actually use for a week at work and this is the one. And for the price you really cannot beat it.
Another thing is if you do not want to use the USB cable that has the three magnetic dots a standard magnetic charger stand for any watch will work. I am using the stand for my old Moto 360.
So, if you're not looking for a watch that you can operate a spaceship with and you need one that you don't have to charge every day and does a great job for what it was meant to do this is your watch.

DO NOT BUY - THE COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY IF IT FAILS.

When I got the watch I was pretty happy. Good battery life and it did what I wanted. A buddy of mine bought the same one. The screen died after about a month. I thought it was just bad luck until mine dies after just a few months. I contacted the manufacturer about the 1 year warranty. I received a replay asking for a video showing the issue. I sent a video of the problem with the screen and several pics over the next few days as the problem became worse until it stopped working entirely. Battery life is great. I’ve been playing and exploring the features on and off for the better part of a day and still have 90%+ of the battery left. The manual is a bit off, a few grammar errors and the lack of the name of the audio track being play is a downside. And the find phone feature on the watch doesn’t seem to work. But being able to play music and adjust the volume is a better alternative. I would have liked more color options, or the ability to purchase the dark green band separately I saw on another listing.

As a watch, it's nice.
As a fitness watch, it's slacking.
The sleep tracking isn't very accurate, which is alright. I didn't buy it for that purpose alone.
I bought it for the step counting. The step counting is pretty terrible. Wearing it at work during a busy shift, my phone will track 1,000 steps more than the watch will. That's really frustrating.
The battery life is fantastic! I only have to charge it once every week and a half or so.
I wish they'd include more sports modes, but I knew which ones were included when I purchased it. It's a nice feature to have, I just wish they'd include something like Yoga into the modes.
The mobile app is pretty basic. It can sync with Google Fit. I don't think it can sync with Samsung Health though. If it can, I haven't figured out how. Unfortunately when Google Fit is going off of your cell phone data (for example, step count) and then it syncs with the watch, it will drop that number down to what the watch says. Some days I don't hit my goals solely because the watch wasn't tracking my steps correctly.
There's times where I'm in the middle of walking around and I'll get reminders that it's time to get up and move. :/
Overall, it's an okay device. I love the customization of the watch face. As a regular watch, I really like it. As a fitness watch, it's kind of lackluster.
