In 1925, Rinaldo and Ezilda Torre visited family in Lucca, Italy. The two returned home to their native San Francisco with something very important: handwritten recipes, which they used to create authentic flavored syrups. These syrups helped Rinaldo and Ezilda reintroduce the Italian soda to their neighborhood. Years later, our syrup was used to create the world’s first flavored latte! Great Taste for Pumpkin Spice Latte Fans

Like so many Americans, my wife has an unnatural obsession with "pumpkin spice" lattes. Personally I don't care for them much, but her cravings have led her to spend far too much and travel many miles for one of these drinks. Now I make an excellent latte at home, so I was perplexed and put off when she would decline mine in favor of heading several blocks away for her name brand latte. I bought this syrup with the hope that she would be happy enough with it to enjoy the quietude of a Sunday morning at home. Fortunately, this sauce does the trick. Not only is the flavor "just right" in her opinion (it actually tastes like pumpkin not just the spices that go in to a pumpkin pie) but also because it can be portioned easily, it solves her problem of the ones from the coffee shop often being too sweet. We now have domestic bliss (at least as far as the coffee is concerned) and have this syrup to thank.

I have told three people about this product and two of them were surprised when they got it and it wasn't the Torani syrup.)

It has a creamy constancy like caramel sauce, in fact it looks like caramel sauce when poured over ice cream. And poured over pumpkin ice cream...WOW...I get brain freeze cuz I always eat it way too fast!!

I also use it in lattes made with my Nespresso machine...about 2 tablespoon in a triple shot latte w/ 6 ounces of frothed milk.

At the Buck place with Stars....that drink sets me back about 7 bucks...at home I am making it for about $1.75.

My husband jokes I have paid for the espresso machine at least twice, working on a third time..... since I got it back in July 2018 since I making my own at home now.

This time of year my spending amps up cuz I can't get enough of the pumpkin lattes!!

I add a splash of vanilla and caramel syrup to the pumpkin sauce in my lattes and I am over the moon in love...with a cup of coffee!!

My husband says the sauce tastes more like sweet potato pie to him...I think his Mississippi born brain is scrambled......but who cares....I love me some sweet potatoes pie too.

The only down side is it has a killer calorie count...…
100 kal (UGH) in one serving ( 2tbs) and I tend to go over board and double up when I put it on ice cream.

I just need to learn to eat my ice cream and drink my lattes while I am on my Max Trainer or at least jump on it right after I finish either one!!!

Needless to say, since I drink coffee throughout the day, I'm saving over $100 month not going to Starbucks. A win win for me!

Can't say much more than that. The Torani Chocolate Sauce is a far better product than what Hershey's has become. Unfortunately there is a trend in large food companies to focus only on how to squeeze pennies of profit out of every unit by tweaking the formula (I should know, I"m in the food business.) I think if we were to somehow get hold of the original versions of the typical products that we consume (bread, cereals, juices, etc.) we would be amazed at how artificial the current offerings have become.
Torani seems to have resisted this trend and offers a product that has a natural chocolate taste - rich and smooth.

I have been buying this sauce from Amazon prime for years!! I highly recommend the product!!

CON: Price. But when I went to reorder today I found that the price had skyrocketed! Used to be 33 cents/oz (Amazon prime). Now 45 cents/oz. I can buy it much much cheaper online - free shipping - from other sources. And have done so. 30 cents/oz. Amazon: you used to be cheapest pricing around. No more apparently.

I usually buy the caramel one and it's so delicious and really thick. I love it. I bought this one because I thought chocolate and caramel is a great combination, but it doesn't taste like caramel at all. It tastes like chocolate liquor. It is sweet but also bitter in the way alcohol is bitter. I don't understand why it's called chocolate caramel because there's no caramel taste. Also, it's not thick like their Caramel one is.
Nevertheless, it tastes delicious! I made myself a cappuccino and put some cool whip on top and then drizzled this sauce on it. Who needs that popular and very expensive leftist coffee shop? Not me! I can make this at home and not support their propaganda.

I can't quite figure out what I don't like about this glaze, and it's more a glaze than a sauce. It's trying to be too many things, and it comes off as sweet, kinda chocolatey, I miss the caramel altogether and the salt. I have the plain caramel sauce by the same maker and it's very good. About the most positive thing I can say about it is it's decorative. I would not buy again.
