perfect natural water enhancer

I use 1 packet per about 20-24 oz water plus 24 drops of electrolyte enhancer (easing into electrolytes b/c it might make me queasy/headache at first). Exactly what I was looking for. I have been trying to drink more water, but I didn't feel hydrated even while drinking 72 oz daily. I bought this true lemon dispenser pack 100ct plus 5 samples and "hi lyte" electrolyte concentrate. The lemon was also because regular water was starting to disgust me, but also to help with the taste of the electrolyte enhancer. The lemon packets taste like lemon, but not artificially so. I highly recommend it! I love that the packets are small (like sugar or salt packets), so I feel better about consuming this daily. I drank the 72 oz today without problems, and I think both products are helping me actually feel hydrated. I bought Ph (saliva and urine) strips with this, because I'm prone to ph changes (uti or yeast). Lemon is supposed to make your body more alkaline, but so is Apple cider vinegar, and that causes bacteria imbalance for me. So be watchful if you start consuming this regularly. I didn't count how many came in the box, you might want to since I've seen and had missing quantity for other products

Best tasting real lemon replacement

I originally tried this product from a friend. I was amazed at the minimal amount of ingredients used to make this and the excellent taste. I drink a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed every day first thing in the morning, but when I travel for work I am unable to stick to this routine. With these packets, I can carry it easily and still have my lemon water first thing every morning no matter where I am at. (Even great when I run out of lemons at home!)

My husband also utilizes this on a daily basis because he gets tired of drinking plain water and likes to add flavoring to his drink. When he saw this and read the ingredients he immediately made the switch to using these because it doesn't contain all the chemicals that most drink packets have. We both appreciate the natural taste it has.

I have been using these packets for about 6 months now.

Drink more water without adding more sugar

True Lemon (and Lime, Orange, Grapefruit) is amazing for cooking with. Use it in things like lemon cake (no need to worry about adding too much liquid for more flavor!), marinades and even to salt to make a quick seasoning.

But the most crucially awesome thing about this product? True Lemon will make you drink more water.

I'm serious, I live in a dry area and have a terrible time drinking enough water to stay comfortably hydrated; the water from our taps has an unpleasant aftertaste and after a while I would just start feeling bloated. A friend recommended adding a small amount of lemon juice to each glass and it really enhanced the flavor and made it more palatable. Then I thought hey, I've got True Lemon here, why not try that? It was even better. Now I fill up a water bottle, add a packet of True Lemon and shake it for a few seconds and I have a sugar free way to drink more water and actually enjoy it.

If you're not convinced, go to the official True Lemon website and ask them for a free sample set. They'll send you a packet of each flavor to try out for yourself; it's how I got hooked!

I don't care much for the citric acid in the ingredients. But I think the rest is very very good and worth the price. I tore open the box because I didn't see the dispenser slot on the front. Next time I'll know better. That slot on the front is nice. And yes, I'll order it again even with the citric acid. I'm adding on with a complaint I forget to mention:. I carried some in my purse on a trip and then couldn't get into the package because it requires a knife or scissors. My teeth couldn't do the job.

Love this stuff. I tried it and wound up using it 2 or 3 times a day added to my glass of water. Gives it a little kick without the hassle of washing and cutting lemons, Tastes great. I have even added it on top of fish and seafood dishes and the crystals are a great flavor addition. No problem dissolving in cold water with a quick stir. I have even brought packets to add to restaurant water and my iced tea at fast food joints. I don't like lemon wedges in my drinks because I know nobody ever washes them. These taste just like fresh lemon in a glass of water. I actually bought them because plain water can turn my stomach and the lemon makes it desirable to drink. I have found many other great uses for these. A packet or two really kicks up mundane tuna salad. Would be great for tea, I am just not an iced tea drinker. Is a wonderful flavor enhancer for salmon, tilapia and mahi fillets. I add this to the fish with my other seasonings. Also really good as an added flavor to seared chicken breast. Great to have on hand when you find your old lemons at the bottom of the produce drawer.
