Highly Recommended
I don't know what all the whining about sex and cursing is about. Such a minor part of the show. "I saw a lion poop. Zero stars for safari". As for those yelling about it being too PC, I must have missed that. Was it the "consent" joke? That was funny. Is it because a gay couple appeared briefly, or because the cast isn't all white? That's called a more accurate representation of the country and I find it refreshing. And anyone who says the characters are unlikable went in to the show intending to be unhappy. How can anyone not like Nora?

I watched the whole series over the course of two days and I found myself cheering for the two lead characters. At times sweet, funny, silly, and even exciting, I genuinely hope "Upload" is renewed for the second season it deserves.

Offensive
Constant nudity, a child that cussed like a sailor and women completely objectified. Really getting tired of all the nudity and sex in Amazon Prime Originals. It doesn't add ANYTHING to the storyline. Thing is, this could definitely have been an interesting show. I liked the premise and the underlying mystery that he may have been murdered, but this might as well have been pornography at times. Disgusting.

This is my new favorite show
This is my new favorite show. I started watching it on a whim, not having any real idea what it was about because the trailers were very confusing.

But it hooked me almost immediately! It's original and interesting!

It is set in 2033. The world is so afraid of dying they have created a way to digitally upload your mind to an online 'heaven' so you can 'live' forever. Of course you have to pay for this. And everything within the environment has 'in game charges' like annoying apps do.

And of course there are a few plot twists.

It's interesting. It's a good story. It's funny (not knock down knee slapping funny...but you know...funny)

This is well worth watching

Everything I hoped it would be.
I'm a sci fi nerd. The photo for the title reminded me of one of my fav books/movies Ready player one as did the primes. I almost feel like its a bit of a rip off, and both ripped off Second life so with that being said. It was funny, sweet and has a good story line so far. I binge watched it in one night during a 12 hour shift at work. My absolute fav scene so far was the one with Creed Bratton! I will be waiting for season 2!

Skip this one
Interesting premise, but poorly written drivel with unlikeable characters.

Had such a great idea - went south immediately
A great idea and opportunity turned into a garbage pit. After 2 1/2 episodes, I'm done....don't need to know how it ends. Same ole thing where the writer's limited vocabulary (F* this, F* that, F*everything) is revealed. There's got to be writers who have a better vocabulary than "F" this" for any expression of frustration or anger. Maybe this was written by Jr. Hi boys entering into puberty. A warning should come up on the screen before watching -- Beware, waste of time!
