Many times I read reviews on Amazon.Com which laud a product's quality. Readers may discover many reviews which pour out accolades over the quality elements of a product which, when added to that consumer's life through the process of consumption (i.e. use) of that product , enhance the quality of the users life experiences. This is to be expected! We "consumers" of products held up for sale in the Amazon Marketplace expect nothing less!
In a perfect world inhabited by altruistic beings, the unspoken maxim of a product's manufacturer, that product's purveyor and perhaps the product itself, is the elimination of the ancient rule which raises the hackles of every self-reliant, hard working consumer that has plagued human kind since the dawn of the recognition that the creator and purveyor of that product will know more about that product than the customer desiring to acquire that product. The sign in front of the table at the center of the Roman Market: "Caveat Emptor"
The modern solution to this disparity of product knowledge and resulting customer uncertainty is remedied, to a certain point, through the inclusion of a "warranty" or promise of "satisfaction" which accompanies the product itself. This promise of satisfaction ends (to the extent that the "promise of satisfaction" is kept) the ancient warning of "caveat emptor".
My REVIEW, albeit lengthy and perhaps more representative of a philosophical discussion on the human interaction between the purveyor of a product and the consumer of that product as it is exercised here in the 21st century, rather than a presentation of my review of the quality and my satisfaction with the quality of the product; I can state categorically, without hesitation, the Whole Milk Powder sold by JuddeesGlutenFree and the great service I received from this seller in conjunction with my purchase, leave nothing to be desired!
My every expectation related to the quality of this product and fine service from this company have been fulfilled!
If you wish to know more about the specifics of what inspired me to write this review, I would be very happy to write to you. Suffice it to say, the product satisfies my every need and expectation when it comes to a dried whole milk powder.
I take it with me on backpacking excursions to the Wind River Range of Wyoming; I carry a small bottle with me on road trips for use in my coffee and tea in establishments that serve only "non-dairy" creamers; I use the product in my biscuits in my pancakes and in my cream of chicken recipe which I serve over rice by the campfire at the edge of mountain lakes and streams as the full moon sets behind the spectacular peaks of the Winds.
Add to the great product quality, superior customer service which can only be described as altruistic!
This company has my full support and customer loyalty.

GREAT taste and multiple use in the backcountry.

I had to come back an write a review for this great product. I just finished a 10 day wilderness kayak trip on the Bloodvein River in Manitoba. Judees Whole Milk Powder totally blew me away. I have never had a powdered milk taste this good and be completely lump free. I would make a liter by filling my bottle about 2/3 and add a cup of powder, shake like mad, top off the liter and shake again. The river water was cold and ...... never any lumps. The taste was truly whole milk that was so creamy and delicious; I was stunned. We drank it straight, used for blueberry pancakes (photo), with eggs, muesli and of course with our strong press pot coffee. I just used the powder in coffee here back home and hey... same great taste!

In our Facebook "Breadmaking" Group the challenge was to use the posted Tangzhong bread recipe and create whatever we wanted. Everyone used the same recipe which called for Whole Milk Powder. I chose Judee's brand because it was nonGMO and is a hormone free USA product. I made cinnamon rolls and garlic bread swirls (round pan). 100% success in taste, texture and appearance.

Excellent product but expensive

I am an avid fresh whole milk drinker. I am "fortunate" enough that my local grocery story sells 1 gallon fresh whole milk for $5.49 pre tax. However, due to a car accident that left me with permanent spinal injuries and chronic neuropathic pain, I cannot always go to my grocery store to get the milk when I am out of it. This is why I decided to try Judee's Pure whole milk powder. It is very good. It tastes almost exactly like the fresh milk I buy at the local grocery store. I followed instructions and mixed 1/3 cup of powder with 1 cup warm water. I used a hand held whisk to mix. Zero lump problems. The powder emulsified with the water really well and really fast, please see pics. The only con, at least for me, is the price. I paid almost $14 for 11oz of product which, if my calculations are correct, and I apologize in advance if they are not, would yield 0.4675 gallon of liquid milk (at 1.3 cup powder to 1 cup of water ratio). For an emergency, I cannot think of any better substitute. But it is an expensive substitute, at least for me. This is a real review. I hope it will get published because the product is really good.

Tastes much better than nonfat dry milk. I use it to make chai tea and hot chocolate. Much easier than heating milk. Mixes well if you put in with ingredients and pour hot water directly over it - while stirring.
