This product is awesome. Organic sugar cane, however do not be fooled into thinking you can rely on Amazon. Out of the blue they canceled my 5 separate Subscribe and Save orders for no apparent reason. Normally customer service is awesome but they totally sucked after spending an hour both online and on the phone to find out the issue. No help whatsoever! Waiting now for my refund for 4 days. Epic Fail. Not sure if I will continue if unreliability and extremely poor service is the new normal for Amazon!

Our tomatoes were a complete bust this year, but we lucked out with a volunteer cucumber and then planted (large pots) several bell peppers that are pumping the product.

Time to make relish. I was afraid this sugar wouldn't do as well as the old tried and true C&H sugar, but guess what? The relish turned out perfect. This sugar was A-1 and the perfect complement to our organic veggies.

Posting a photo so you can see (and appreciate) all of my hard work. NOTHING beats homemade relish. (Well . . . Homemade apricot jam being the exception, of course.)

In the last 9 months my husband and I have been removing refined sugars and flours from our diets. Since doing so he has noticed a significant change in my overall health. I am no longer sick all the time as I was for years before. I was plagued with stomach aches, nausea and migraines. We started using honey to cook with but not every recipe can use honey. After lots of research I chose Sucanat as a brown sugar replacement. I really do love this stuff. I have found it best to let the Sucanat sit in the liquid you are mixing it with first so it can dissolve (It takes a few minutes with occasional whisking) and you may have to add a tad bit more liquid to compensate; not much though. It makes some phenomenal pancakes when cooked in coconut oil. It has an "Island" taste to it. I have not had a bad batch of this sugar yet and I'm sure if I did, Wholesome Sweeteners would rectify it. I now order Organic Cane Sugar from Wholesome Sweeteners to replace refined white in my cooking as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to go a more natural route in cooking. It has a pleasant smell and natural molasses taste that I really had never experienced before with store bought brown sugar. The price on Amazon is unbeatable to what you pay for this stuff at the grocery store also.

Simply the best white sugar ever. Try this. If you are an avid cook and baker as I am, and try to use organic products as much as possible, after trying Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Cane Sugar you will never to back to a national grocery store brand such as C&H. True you will spend a bit more, but the results are absolutely worth it!

The granular size of Wholesome Sugar is larger than other national grocery store white sugars such as C&H. I first tried this in my tried and true Mounds Bar Brownies recipe. And all I can say is: Wow! The moist consistency and flavor of the brownies was the best ever, even my husband noticed the difference. It had to be the sugar as that was the only brand change I made in the recipe. Wholesome Sugar really helped the Brownie flavors sing.

I also used this to make Macerated Strawberries for a dessert. And mixed with freshly ground cinnamon for a cinnamon and sugar sprinkle topping. Results? Spectacular.

A new must have staple in my pantry and a regular purchase on my Prime Pantry shopping list.

I've gotten this sugar several times and been very pleased. I never loved the price, but I was paying for the quality control. This sugar was sparkling clean where other organic sugars frequently weren't. Several other brands tended to have what I assumed to be artifacts from the organic production processes. I even found a small twig once. But the flavor and consistency of this one used to be better. This last batch has...sediment??? What is in my sugar that is gritty and doesn't dissolve in water?? I can filter the sediment out with a tea bag, but really. Three stars for what it used to be, but I'm done.

I wasn't expecting premium quality from product this for 1 dollar a pound I'm very finicky about different organic sugars because of glycemic index I can feel how my body responds to any type of sugar, this sugar is metabolized correctly it actually gives me energy if I don't consume too much if I do my body processes it without sending me to the hospital or using emergency insulin shot! so I'm very satisfied & grateful for the fair Trade Brand being as they promised & more, from the information that they provided about their companies, products & supporting the farmers that diligently work hard to provide great products & affordable prices, & get paid their fair share for the hard labor they do
