The headphones fit my ears comfortably without causing any discomfort. My colleague mentioned that it looked a bit bulky in his opinion. Personally, I don't think it's a problem. The sound quality is great when playing music. The clogged earplugs work well with the people around me (when working in the office). I tested through a few calls and the receiver said I was clear and could hardly hear anything. I really like these. They have great sound, and do a good job of blocking noise at work.

box says IPV5 not IPV7, controlls don't work right, and cuts out, worse than useless.

Other than sounding decent these are junk. These are advertised as IPV7 but the product description inside the box says IPV5 and looking at the gaps in the assembly I don't think it's even IPV5. The touch controls are too sensitive so when you tap them abaolutely anything might happen. It might read it as one tap, two taps, three taps. You might pull up Siri, or turn the play off or advance the song. and they glitch now and then while walking along presumably because the controls are getting activated. The cord is, surprise USB-C not a nanoUSB so you might not have a charging cable handy for this other than the short one one in the box. The carrying case is chunky-- surprisingly thick compared to other similar buds.
Don't bother with these.

As stated in the title the audio is okay its nothing stellar. What drove me to give only 2 stars is the comfort and mic quality.

People on the other end say they cannot hear me, they said it to sound like I have a terrible static robotic voice. No matter what device I pair it to.

On comfort, I can say without a doubt I can only wear these for 20 minutes before the plastic on the buds that rest on the side of the ear irritates me.

What I do like is the charging case does have percentages and indicators on each buds' battery levels.

Overall, if you're using these just for audio and are comfortable with these, then maybe it's for you but for me its just not worth holding onto these.

I have only had these since January and even though the quality is good and the comfort is amazing, the left ear bud continues to go out even after the troubleshooting and quick fixes that were recommended by the supplier. Please if you are looking to get ear buds that lasts more than 6 months...Do Not purchase these. I will reach out to the seller in a few minutes and leave an additional review after interaction. So I just learned that the product window support closed 07/31/2021 so when you purchase these expect them to go out on you right after you can no longer get support to get them repaired.

I absolutely love earbuds.. the sound quality is excellent, the bass and highs are top quality, they're extremely comfortable, I find the charging indicator very helpful and the battery life is better than several other brands I've tried in the same price range, additionally I experienced an issue with one of the earbuds and contacted amazon who linked me the company and I have to give them credit they immediately addressed the issue and were exceptionally professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
