Audio quality is very clean and crisp, but like other reviews you’ll find, there is a noticeable lack of deep bass. Bass evaluations are highly subjective to the listener. If you want deep booming bass, these aren’t your earbuds. However, if you want clean sound and/or use apps with built-in equalizers (like Media Monkey), much of the bass shortcoming can be compensated for. Using the Amazon Audio app, which has no equalizer, produced results that were still acceptable, but lagged behind the response of other earbuds. I emphasize that for most people the bass level is acceptable. However, if you’re the type that wants internal organ shaking bass, you’ll be dissatisfied.
Battery life is excellent at 8-10 hours of music listening without recharging. Also, the charging case (which uses USB-C) is a rounded soft-shell case that looks nice, feels nice, and fits into a pocket, especially a jeans pants pocket.
The microphone and its noise suppression was disappointing. Frequently, callers had to ask me to repeat what I said when I was in either quiet or noisy (road traffic while walking) situations. This was true on calls to both landline and cell phones. Similar issues were encountered when paired to my laptop on business video calls. There’s no way to disable the 4-mic noise suppression. It’s very obvious to the other party that some type of suppression is being used as quality fluctuates as the suppression adjusts. The ability to turn this off would be an improvement.
The FlyBuds use very small control push buttons located halfway down the stem. This design means it’s impossible to press the button with one finger. You must use a thumb and finger to pinch the stem like inserting/removing the earbuds. Simply trying to push the (very) small button with one finger would just spin the earbud in your ear with no opposing force resistance.
The FlyBuds offers a full set of controls, but using them is awkward. The (very) small button felt like I was trying to adjust a Star Trek Bajoran earpiece. Enormously frustrating is the power off option should you want to turn the earbuds off without putting them in the case. Press and hold for two seconds raises and lowers volume (left or right earbud, respectively). However, the power off command is to press and hold for six seconds. You immediately see where this is going. Rarely could I get power off to work without multiple attempts to hold (did I mention how awkward these small buttons are) for six seconds to shut the power off. This is a serious design flaw. The fastest way to power down the FlyBuds FlyBuds is to return them to the case and close the case. The control buttons are the largest disappointment with the FlyBuds and their awkwardness subtracts a full star from my review.
While I’m not a fan of the stem designs on earbuds, the fit and comfort (and the provided five sets of extra ear tips) of the FlyBuds was good. The fit was snug and regardless of head movement never once loosened or dislodged. And while snug, never felt “heavy” or uncomfortable. They can easily be comfortably worn for hours at a time.
Bluetooth connectivity was bullet-proof. This is partly due to the Qualcomm QCC3040 Bluetooth 5.2 chip. Most noticeably, there was not one drop-out when placing a Google Pixel 4a in either rear jeans pocket. Doing so with other earbuds has caused drop-outs.
The voice assistant control does work with your device's voice assistant (Google, Alexa). However, implementation is flawed. First, it takes three presses of the awkwardly placed small button on the stem. Second, music never resumed after the voice assistant was completed, requiring me to again find that button (with two fingers) to press once to resume. Third, volume level was greatly increased when returning to music requiring yet another round of fiddling with the control buttons. If voice assistant is a deciding factor for your purchase, pass on the FlyBuds.

Great battery life, comfortable, crisp sound (but minus deep bass). Immensely bad control buttons, mediocre to poor mic. The biggest disappointment is the control buttons on the stems. If I needed to use the control buttons more frequently, I would pass over the FlyBuds easily. So long as you’re not intending on making many voice calls/chats nor fiddle with the annoying control buttons, the quality and price point is good.
First of all, I've got to say that I did catch these on a very good sale of $56, so I was more inclined to buy.
I wanted to use these at work when I'm normally need to be on my cell phone to talk to colleagues on the job site.
After reading the reviews my only concern was to make sure the clarity of the phone calls and the bass that these advertised.
I am absolutely LOVING these l, seriously!
I've had the name brands, more lately the Beats.... these are a way better product!
The music is absolutely crisp and the bass is EXACTLY AND BETTER as advertised, which you will also see from other people's reviews.
The clarity of the phone calls is amazing and people can hear me real good with no static or noise.
Every so often se get lucky in finding electronic products that we can only depend on posted reviews. This is a homerun find and I commend the manufacturer, Tribute, for a quality product.
I will definitely also be using these to workout and cut the grass in my lawn tractor.
By the way, this is the longest review I have ever posted and I'm glad I did!
Sounds quality 9.5/10
Battery life 10/10
Build quality 9.5/10
I'm very pleased with these earbuds🔥🔥
If you are an Android user, stop paying $150 - 200 for Samsung buds. These are better. Significantly. For 100 dollars less.
So, I use these more often, because they come with a range of rubber tips, and thus stay in my ear better. They connect easily, and the sound is fine.
Protip: if you're worried about your headphones coming out, such as when riding or jogging, try putting the headphones in upside-down, so that the tips of each headphone locks into a fold in your ear (if you have one). Everyone's ear is different, but this is a nice trick if your ear shape supports it.

Sound is crisp and the bass is sufficient to make you consider them top quality.
They offer a decent amount of noise isolation but unfortunately they do not have ANC.
Battery seems to last long but I never listened more than 3 hours hence cannot say how long.
Connection seems stable and the voice call quality is pretty much over many of what I have tested.
Yes they are selling this as 4 mics and good voice quality but I would say the main quality is the sound quality.
What else: I had occasionally encountered a bug but possible from the phone. When connecting the buds they were going only calls only mode and the audio option was not enabling until rebooting the phone.
I would say they are fit and you can feel the need to take them off after maybe few hours of use.
Physical buttons on buds of this shape is rare, but it is personal, I like it. The controls are sufficient.
My biggest complaint is the BT pairing or false pairing. The symptom is that the phone and the buds tells you pairing is successful, then media and calls still go through the phone speakers and mic. The solution is to put them back to the box and take them out again just like how you solve any windows problems … most of them ~
The mic is important to me, it is good enough for calls in most environments. The noise cancellation works but don't expect the quality of airport.
1. The battery life on these things are insane, I’ve used them for a full day in work, to walk home in and then to have a 2 hour phone call and still had 25% battery left in each Bud, I go just over a week at a time before needing to charge the case to, really impressive.
(1.5- my ears didn’t start to hurt till about hour 7 with these in, and even then that was just a little bit of scratching where the stem touches my ear lobe, so really comfortable to!)
2. The sound quality is excellent, out of the box they’re really nice, once you’ve fiddled with eq settings in Spotify, they’re great, really clear mids and highs, punchy bass, really happy! Also excellent for podcasts and audio books.
3. How are these £60? Genuinely? They’re not the most premium materials, but they hold up in heavy rain with no problems, they’re just hella good product… £60!?!? Don’t buy AirPods, buy these.
