Box mix was shipped in bubble envelope and smashed; but plastic bag was undamaged. Delivered quickly. I followed mixing instructions; but added a small handful each, of chopped Walnuts, raisins, crushed pineapple, & Coconut flakes.
Baked in a glass 9x13 glass pan, at 350 degrees for 35 mins. Use parchment paper, not foil. Greased bottom with vegetable oil.
Result was a light, fluffy, & naturally sweet. Delicious. I’m buying more mix for the holidays & birthdays.

I was worried about the texture because a lot of gluten free things have a different texture. this mix was perfect. moist, soft, tasty! I made the mix into cupcakes and used homemade cream cheese frosting. The batter doesn't rise as much as regular batter, so I filled the cupcakes up about 3/4 and they were perfect.

This time, the box was so badly beaten the contents of the mix were non-existent.
I would encourage you to buy the product as it is excellent, just don't purchase from Amazon as there is no recourse for the extremely poor and careless delivery.
