I have purchased multiple warranties from Asurion on various products that I purchased on Amazon over the years. The actual warranty/information is always sent as an email within about 24hrs. The information on how to file a claim is on that email. (If you don't see the email, maybe try to do a search of your inbox?) You also have the ability to cancel the policy by going through your order history if you decide you don't want it or you have returned the actual product and no longer need the coverage.
