This mouse has buttons I left side. I returned this mouse because I keep touching the button accidentally and the screen goes back to previous screen or forward. It’s too annoying. With left hand, it’ll be even worse. Don’t recommend this one

There is a small shelf on the left side to support the thumb, but I suppose it could support a pinkie finger. It's less likely that a thumb on the right side would set well. The button assignments can be switched, of course. My main issue with this mouse it that it doesn't track very well and sometimes "jumps" the mouse pointer across the screen. I wouldn't buy it again. It is nearly silent, though.

No, it's of course set up for righties. That being said I'm left handed and I have no problem using my right hand to operate it.
