This is horrible. The screws that came in the box are too big and we can’t assemble this. What do we do?

Return it. I bought one for our granddaughter. I had no issues. . A bit small so I ordered one a bigger & is double sided. It’s awesome
I did not have that problem at all. It was very easy to install.
Sorry you have this problem. My son’s was okay.
