Can these be used for fall connecting fall protection equipment at work? As in do they meet the requirements for use in the workplace?

NO, NO, NO These are not ANSI rated or OSHA approved for any fall protection or confined space use and using them would be a danger to the worker and against the federal workers protection law. Only ANSI Z359.12 approved biners can be used. NFPA uses a similar rating but meets a different level for the heat.
