No, it’s not. It’s just 100% ground corn flour for making cornbread products and not tortilla based products.

Hello! This cornmeal is a whole grain. We do not remove the germ.

I would guess yes to answer your question. It is raw cornmeal so I would think that you could freeze it. If it were me, I would try freezing some of the corn meal for a few weeks and see if it is acceptable to you.

Hello! This product is naturally gluten free, but it is produced and packaged in a facility that contains gluten, so there is a small chance of cross contact.
