I use two caps for a regular load so 1 should work for a medium size. Also, I learned that no matter the size load of laundry you run, you’re using the same amount of energy 😉 I always run the large load 😊

There is a Best Buy date. I have never let it sit around long enough to go rancid. With a puppy, and gardener/farmer, I wash a small load every day. Halfway through my 64 oz purchased a couple of weeks ago.
