The nutrition facts label on our Rodelle Dutch Processed Baking Cocoa Cacao lists 1 g of fat per tablespoon (6 g) serving.

Please note, our packaging is different from what is pictured here so I'm not certain whether this is exactly the same product inside or not.

I’ve baked with this cocoa powder, made shakes with it, and have used it to make hot cocoa. It has no added sugar to it (its not like the store bought cocoa powder mix). Hopefully this helps!
