I believe the total covered amount is 20-29.99 only. Technically, it'll cover but they'll pay upto 30 dollars. For me, I bought the insurance and they paid me for my Garage LED lights which were 24 dollars.

It has covered solar powered garden lights including failed batteries. I usually get the insurance if offered.

That's the problem. Either there is no link between the insurance plan and the item purchased or they do a great job of hiding it so it makes it difficult for you to know and file your claim. With all the technology available there is no excuse for such a terrible system.

Normally, there is a link that Explains everything. But from my past experience everything is covered. Normally, they just replace the entire item.

I have tried to find information on this plan and have been unsuccessful. It won’t even tell you what item you bought the plan to.

From my experience with this company, they replace the entire order. I would think that's why they sell the warranty. I would contact the company directly and pose the question to them in this way. Hope this helped you.

After you order the insurance you will get an email, like when they ship your product, open up the email and it will take you to the Asurion insurance, fill out make a copy for yourself and you are done.
