Answer:
Thank you for your question. This plan would cover mechanical and electrical failures of the bidet however any damages that would result of a water leakage would not be covered. This would fall under your personal insurance.

Answer:
I try to purchase warranties for equipment that I spent either a large number of dollars or is something I would like to enjoy for many years to come. Therefore, I would spend the extra to protect my purchase.

Answer:
These warranties rarely worth it. I bought one about 6 months ago for about $3.99 when I bought when I bought a product for about $150.00. When I got the policy, it only covered up to about $29.00. But I had not problems getting a refund.

Answer:
This is an insurance or an extended warranty. I do not know the terms of each item they sell this warranty. Please read the fine print. Why would someone buy a warranty on furness filter (I trow them out every 1 to 3 months)

I have two answers for you. I did replace a Kindle Fire using an Asurion protection plan. They asked a few questions, and sent me a new Kindle. I can't remember if I had to send back the old one, but I'm fairly certain I did. I always keep the packaging for that kind of thing, just in case though. If you have a protection plan, keep the box!
Funny story though. My husband ordered a bunch of stuff on Amazon for my daughter - she put the items in the cart, and he just went in and paid for it (with gift cards she had received for her birthday). He didn't pay a lot of attention to what she was buying, and two Asurion protection plans ended up on the order. When I looked at the order later, I asked what they bought protection plans for. Neither my daughter or my husband could answer. I suppose I could have just cancelled them, but I wanted to know what the plans covered just in case I wanted to keep them, so I started looking into it. Amazon customer service couldn't tell me. Well, That's not quite true. The rep kept saying "It covers accidental damage due to drops, water damage..." And I kept saying "I don't need to know what damage is covered, I need to know what item on the order is covered by the plan!" It turns out Amazon doesn't track this at all, and suggested I call Asurion. When I asked Asurion customer service what Item is covered by the plan, they told me "It covers accidental damage due to drops, water damage..." A few face palms, deep sighs and a supervisor later, I discovered they couldn't tell me what item from my order was covered either. I did learn that when it comes to housewares, Asurion identifies the item covered by the policy by brand and price. In essence, I could have ordered 10 different items, and as long as they were the same brand and price, and from the same seller, they all would have been covered because Asurion wouldn't be able to tell which one I bought the plan for. We did eventually figure out (by looking at the prices of the items on my daughter's order) that they had bought protection plans for a lamp, and for a package of dry erase paint. It turns out that you can't have a protection plan for 'consumables' like paint, so they cancelled the policy and sent me the money back. I still wonder though if they would have done so if I hadn't been on the phone with them. see less
