On the bottom of the mouse, there is a switch that you can move up to enable the different colors. If you leave it in the ON position, which is the middle position, it will only be red. The bottom is "off", top is changing colors, middle is "on" which is just red.

It technically can't work as the iPad is not programmed to use a mouse-based system. You might be able to run code to make it work but I'm not sure how, or even if it's possible.

I am a Mac user, which is occasionally problematic with certain hardware. This mouse fired up quicker than lightning! Hope this helps

I have the same issue. Its a really tight fit. I have to use pliers too... Other than that, I love the mouse.

Mine acted funky too, and then I tried charging it with it switched to "off" that seemed to fix my issue.

Since the USB device plugs into the device the Devices remember the mouse. So the possibility are endless.

If your computer is Type-C port, please insert the USB-C to USB receiver into the Type-c port of the device first, then insert the USB receiver into the USB-C to USB receiver. Turn on the power switch and the mouse will work.

I got mine 3 days ago, it worked ONCE and hasn’t worked since. I charged it for like a day and followed the instructions but it’s still not working and I think it gave my computer a bug because I just got my MacBook Air (same time I got the mouse) and now whenever I turn it on my mouse is frozen for like a minute!!
