Cuando va a comprar el producto le aparece más abajo antes de pagar el plan de protección si no le a llegado seguramente no lo marcó, le aconsejamos que revisara donde su producto y mire si viene o no con su plan, pero eso debe ser.

My furniture is going to take up to 2 weeks to get here, so I think I'll add mine on the day it arrives so I'll have those extra 2 weeks at the end of the 5 years and they won't be wasted while waiting for the furniture to come. see less

Everything but, must be paid in full. I wouldn't want them to excuse about why It couldnt be fixed for the 5 year guarantee

From my experience you should get a message about coverage. Then you can upload your proof proof of purchase - basically the Amazon order detail as an image pdf, etc. If you need to make a claim you simply go to the website and start a claim. It is usually pretty easy.
