I have used this Perimice 519L mouse for 12 mos, 5 hrs a day, without a problem with any buttons. Since I like it I also bought a spare after 9 mos, because I know it wont last forever (I've dropped it 3 or 4 times) and it is the smallest left hand vertical mice I could find. Do you have wired or wireless? The wireless does have a sleep mode where you must make an extra click to reconnect the signal. see less

Mine works well. But here are some solutions. First make sure your scroll sensor is clean, eg dust/hair/etc.
Second, go to Control Panel and click Change Mouse Wheel Settings, then turn off Accelerate Vertical Scrolling and Flip Scrolling behavior. If you don't have these options, which I assume you don't, since you're using W 10, then try adjusting Vertical and Horizontal scrolling as well as "one screen at a time". See if these helps. Otherwise contact Perixx which is the company that manufactures these mouses. see less

That is not normal, and we suggest you test it on the 2nd computer to see if you will have the same probelm. The mouse should last around several weeks or months depends on your usage.

It is symmetrical to a normal right-hand mouse. In other words, the index finger of the left hand becomes a normal click. You can also change the function of each click by installing the driver.

For the mouse scrolling function, you can adjust it from the settings of the computer. From the settings, please select the mouse option. At the mouse option, you will find the scrolling wheel adjustment.
