It seems some water leaks into the machine inside. Please take out the battery compartment then use a hair dryer by blowing hot air inside.
If it still beeps please contact service@allegroclean.com to get a replacement.

It is defective! In no way should it beep every few seconds. Your soap dispenser should only beep once when you install batteries, change soap volume, or turn off and on the dispenser.
