This is a charging station for a galaxy watch. It charges up the watch, nothing more. I don’t believe it’s even compatible for a Fitbit.

This charging dock can supports airpod , iphone, and iwatch charging at the same time. However, only one mobile phone can be charged because of limited induction position.

I had the same problem. I just unplug the unit for a second. I’m not pleased with this item. It would be great if it work as stated. I’m sorry I didn’t answer sooner.

When a object is detected or the mobile phone is not placed in the correct position, the indicator light will flash. Please re-plugthe charger before placing the mobile phone and ensure that there are no other objects on the charging part of the product and the back of the mobile phone.

Not sure about the 13 ProMax. BUT ... I have the iPhone 11 ProMax and the charger works like a charm. I can even leave the phone in a rather thick case (thick because the case has a slot to hold credit cards/business cards/driver's license), and it charges through the case with no hesitation. As Airpods 2 has two version, one version does not have wireless charging function, our wireless charger can only charge the Airpods 2 with wireless charging function. Please check if your air pods 2 have wireless charging function.
