yes! it comes with the board, a command hook, string to tie it up, all the little rings to attach the small pieces and a buuunch of the little hearts and circles!

I don't know the exact location because it was shipped as a grandchild gift out of state, but it is made in the USA. It is very heavy duty, requires easy assembly, and is pricey to ship but my grand daughters are loving it and we'd highly recommend it.

Although it is very well-constructed I would not suggest keeping it outside. We used it in the backyard and then folded it up & brought it inside. The triangle portion does fold up for EZ Storage. I'll say this, my grandson absolutely loves it!

If your kid is wearing nothing but a diaper, there will be some friction and your kid won’t slide as easy, but she/he will have fun either way climbing it up. The whole set it’s really sturdy, easy to assemble and ready to use.
