No, you don't. Bluetooth will go on Standby because you put your system in Sleep Mode. That's exactly what sleep mode does, Puts everything connected to your Win 10 machine in sleep mode as well, so that once you Wake your system up the Bluetooth will try to establish connection with the previously Bluetooth connected devices. And if you feel as though "oh no it isn't working!" It's probably having to do with your actual bluetooth devices powering off after a few minutes of not establishing connection with the host Bluetooth device, I.E. the Win 10 device, that it had connection to prior to it being put into Sleep Mode.

~~~~TL;DR, Bluetooth goes into Sleep mode along with your Win 10 machine, but after a period of time , say 5-10+ minutes, your devices connected to your machine, do the same thing. Just wake the machine, BT will turn back on on its own, but you will/may have to power your BT devices back because without having a signal from your Win 10 machine they turned themselves off to save power. see less

Without the USB nine-pin interface, the Bluetooth function cannot be used. But the wifi function can be used normally.
If it is because the nine-pin interface is occupied. You can use the extended nine-pin interface
