At first this unit was doing fine. I was using it to split Roku output between my main TV and an HDMI to Composite converter which output to a video/audio broadcasting system around the house. This worked fine while using Hulu as our main streaming provider on the Roku but when we changed to YouTubeTV the buzzing started. After much analysis it seemed clear that this device provides a weakened signal when simultaneously using more than one output and I was able to resolve the problem by using the Fosmon 1x2 HDMI 1.4 Volt Powered Splitter instead. Too bad I'm outside the Amazon return window.

Disappointed that after a month and a half they stopped working. If you unplug the power the work for 10 to 15 minutes then the TV'S go out, if you tap the splitter with your fingers they will come back on the go back out. Meaning the red led lights come on then off. What can you do for me to correct this problem.

Should have a zero stars option. I had 4 devices a ps4, a cable box, a 360 and a ps3, I bought this as a more expensive 4 hdmi in, 1 out splitter to replace a cheaper 3 HDMI in, 1 out that I bought earlier, there are 3 HDMI ports in the back and one in front with the HDMI out, the thing is, with the power is plugged in it will only recognize any device connected to the front HDMI IN, the red lights for the three HDMI in ports located in the back don't light up when you turn on a device and , and I connected all four devices to all four HDMI In ports, I switched them around thinking it might be a HDMI cable, but again only the front HDMI in port was working. So I put my cheaper 3 HDMI in, 1 HDMI out splitter back and it works with the ps4, ps3 and xbox 360. Opened the package, but want a refund anyway. what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!.

easy to set up but it is twitchy if touched or any static electricity comes in contact (lose the signal for few seconds) even though it states you do don't lose picture quality there is some degradation in picture quality and intensity (even when using 4k hdmi cables) when more than one output attached. on the positive if you have to connect it to a rca connection (eg a dvr thru hdmi to rca adapter) the picture quality is actually a little better than just going from the hdmi to rca connector alone(used pcm rather than standard rca rwy cable)
